Training

Two international trainers led ‘Train The Trainer’ workshops for two trainers from PNG IPA and IEA in November 2010. The areas of training were Financial Management and Project Cycle Management and the methodology was based on a competency based training approach. There have since been 8 regional workshops (4 on Project Cycle Management and 4 on Financial Management), between February and April 2011, with an average of 15 participants per workshop. Participants have been from all three levels of sub-national government (province, district and LLG).
