Training

A third training workshop was held for District Grant beneficiaries at Divine University in Madang, through the Flexible Learning faculty, from 26-28th January 2010. The focus of the workshop was on improving Financial Management and Record Keeping. All of the nine districts that were awarded a grant in the first call for proposals were represented – there were a total of 17 participants (predominantly district treasurers and accounting officers), of which 3 participants were female.
